Wow, what a night. Clear, dry, cold. Had three students show up, with a total of nine people. The star of the show changed with each individual. One student really liked M-42, another the Pleiades through the binos, another Jupiter. A mom liked Saturn, dad, Jupiter, and the little sister liked Saturn. Interesting group, with fantastic views. Hope you got a few minutes of observing in.

As an editorial comment, larry told me that the families who showed up came almost as the other was getting to leave. Each got a lot of time to look through the C14. He told me about one child who took a quick peek and steped back. He asked them to look again and to describe what they saw. After spending about 5 minutes at the EP the child let another person look.By then all realized that they were not going to be hurried along. They got to take their time and to enjoy the views through the C14.
